The remote controls consume batteries very fast, the air-con air stream is noisy (multi-inverter 1:3) the service is horrible. Pay a little more, buy better quality and get better service. I will not buy their products again.

Purchased 2 air conditioners. They advertise 7 years but only give one. Nobody tells you this when you buy. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ACT AND I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT
I noticed some negative review on here but I gotta tell you... I just came back from their repair office in Rosh Haayin and I was VERY impressed. Usually I find the sense of service in Israel absolutely appalling, however these guys really went out of their way to help me. I don’t speak Hebrew at all and despite that, they quickly handed over the parts I needed and gave me a good price. If I would have hired a technician to come to my apartment to fix the issue it could have cost over 1,000 shekels easy. These parts costed me 270 shekels, and they even showed me how it all goes together. Can’t complain
came the next tday to fix urgently
Bought a new WIFI inverter Aircondition about 3 months ago. Since then I’ve had 2 technical problems with it (it makes a rattling noise and it turns on by itself). They told me that there’s nothing to do about the rattling noise (funny seeing how all their commercials emphasize how quiet their devices are...) and they’re still trying to fix the second issue. Truth is, I don’t even mind the technical issues, but the service has been terrible. Very rude representatives (1-2 were very nice - Noy) who don’t know the words please and thank you (Nathenal), and the technicians are always late (Tornado will schedule for 10:00-12:00) but the technician will show up about 2 hours later (Tornado: “what do you want? According to the law they’re allowed to be an extra 2 hours late”). Also, the technicians are independent freelancers, so they often don’t know why they were sent (Tornado promised to send a new part, technician said that they have no idea what I’m talking about and that I shouldn’t listen to what the Tornado representative says). Bottom line: don’t buy Tornado. It’s nice having 5 years warranty, but not if the service is so bad.
