I used to wonder how a store like Ami's which sells over the Internet could provide service. Well, I just found out. I bought a viola case from him. The case is good, but the grippers of the 3 zippers broke off over the next few months. The case was usable, but barely. I called Ami and described the problem. He sent his van and driver to pick up the case from my home at a prescheduled time and returned it, fixed well, several days later. I am very favorably impressed!
