This place - Trebelsi's is the proper name - is a veritable Aladdin's cave of exciting stationery products. You venture further into the store and discover kinds of notebooks, types of pens, shapes of sticky labels you never thought of before. I particularly recommend the large black labels shaped like a speech bubble, which are just the job for sticking on kitchen jars in the store cupboard. They will sell you a nice white marker to write the names of your groceries on the label. Everyone is very nice and polite and nothing is too much trouble. It's a bit difficult to actually find the shop (forgive my split infinitive there). It's located about half way up Rehov Yerushalayim, which to complicate matters is a circular main street. Walk up from the bus station, taking the left hand road not the right, which leads to the College. Look for a steep flight of stairs and venture all the way down. The door to the shop is at the bottom.
