Moved from North America to Israel. The worst customer experience we ever had. Quoted us one price and charged 3 times more. Never revealed the full scope of charges we were expected to pay and asked for more money, well beyond what was quoted. Were very gracious when trying to get the job, but couldn't stand behind the service. Played the blame game every time they had a chance. Moreover - the crate we received arrived smashed, and poorly packed - many of the boxes were crushed. BEWARE - NOT RECOMMENDED

BEWARE OF THEM , they are Scammers . They invent prices, not give any explanations. Just shut up and pay . Had a Very BAD experience with them . This fraud agency should be banned to work in Ashdod Port. By the way , those commenting positively here are the owner and some workers of them. BE CAREFUL OF THEM, STAY OUT
I dont bleieve yet i trusted them. Just look their offices and their faces and you will understand. There are several companies in Israel than can help you with abroad transportation, just not them. STAY AWAY

Don’t do the mistake to ship your stuff with them. I did it...over-priced, hidden costs, and above all - many things were broken during the shipment. The company never took responsibility and lamely offered me as a compensation the same value as the deductible value for a claim... Don’t get near!
