Start with the good: Nice to find hot yoga, teacher was great. Not so good: building is very old, studio wasn't hot (could be a 1st class of the day issue), needs a little facelift, looks like it has been a while... Annoying: \traveling yogi\ rate is 110 shekels or 27 per class!!! That's more than I have ever paid. You get a mat and a short towel which forced me to rent one more... I travel a lot. The most I've paid for a single class was 22 including nice showers with towels and all other amenities. There are a bunch of other studios around town, I recommend trying them first.

Great instructor...she spoke in English and helped when needed. The man who answered the was very helpful and came outside to help us locate the shop. It is in a building on the 2nd floor, next to “in the city” grocery store. I feel great and am ready to attend again
I've been practicing Bikram yoga since 2010 and was so excited to see there’s a place in Tel Aviv!! Hands down best studio I’ve been too -excellent, constant heat and humidity just like a Bikram yoga class should have! The instructors are amazing and able to accommodate non Hebrew speakers. I even got specific instructions and was able to go deeper in some of my postures because of the awesome and clear directions. I can't wait for the next class!
Decided to take a class while on vacation in Tel Aviv. The studio was well maintained and I found the staff to be welcoming. The class was in Hebrew and English. Bat, the instructor, continuously assisted the students who required additional support. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this studio and I will definitely visit this studio if I am ever back in Tel Aviv.
Staff are full of themselves and rude, very overpriced. There's no free parking in the area, which they forget to explain to first timers. If you're late due to parking or otherwise please note that they lock the door 5 minutes after class has started so just don't bother coming. To top that there was a homeless guy sleeping on the stairs just next to the entrance so take the elevators.
Great studio, good instructors. They offer a lot of bikram yoga and hot Pilates classes throughout the day.
