Great store for all your puffing and vaping needs. Oh, and they also have cool clothes from boutique designers for women and men! The staff is professional and know their stuff. Prices are good and fair for Israel and the atmosphere in the shop is great.
The most traumatic service experience I've ever had in Israel… The seller tried to trick me - she told me several times wrong price of the items that I've chosen, each time the price she told was different. She was mad at me when I tried to use a calculator and to check the final price by myself. When I asked to talk to her manager, she screamed at me and demanded me to leave the store and told she wouldn't sell the items to me at all. When I said that I just wanted to pay for my stuff the regular price of it, she threated that she would call the police if I wouldn't just get out. Luckily for me, the second seller sold the items to me a few minutes after, although I could see she was also afraid of the first one and tried to get sure that she wouldn't see it. I was so shoked of this situation. After I got out of the store, I just sat and cried for fifteen minutes in the middle of the street.
