Went there at 8:00 on a Monday morning. By 08:35 I was done with the needed sticker in my hands. Most of the staff speaks english good enough. It's easy to follow their instructions even if you don't speak hebrew. You will need a copy of the Chuva-insurance and also your own ID. I sent them the chuva via eMail on the spot, showed my israeli driving licence and all was good. Paid NIS 96 additional to what I paid at the post office. All went smooth.
Don’t go there! Came with a car with only 3 years on the road. They said there was a problem with the air pollution. When practically there wasn’t any problem. I went to the garage to check and paid 480 shekels for nothing.
