I am a regular customer at the Kehilat Venesia branch. I bought Sufganiot that looked like they had jelly inside but was very disappointed to find a dot of jelly. I asked for a refund or compensation but they acted as if it was my problem. Terrible customer service . Hag Samach.
An amazing place, you walk in - and it’s like you are in a heavenly bakery I recommend it a lot! it’s not an expensive place & has not only pastries but a small bar! The bathrooms are quite clean . The whole experience was magical
