I have delivered my order to the buyer using Fiverr.com and he has accepted with 5 star and appreciate my work as well. After 5 days of work done, I am getting a message from the Fiver support that buyer has Dispute /cancelled the order and we have refund the buyer. Lol strange but true. This is a fraud company and now I will go to each and every platform and will expose them.
If you want to become a seller on fiverr think about it again ,very disapointing service I was registered a while ago and did a few order for a client But aftera couple month my account was disabled because they couldnt verify my identity, very well ,i did verification account 3 times every time i was declined. So i wrote to customer survice their replie was: That my camera is not in good quality and i need a better one My camera is standard from my phone Veryyyy disapointing now i cannot use my account or take money from my fiverr account
The most useless, worthless customer "service" team I have ever encountered! I had several technical issues trying to publish my selling gig. I sent very specific screenshots of the problems I was having to the tech support team. Instead of resolving my issues, they sent me automated answers and even claimed that they had already responded to my inquiries. Automated answers are not responses; they are evidence that they didn't even bother to read my inquiries. I was constantly having technical problems - so many that I had to give up publishing my selling gig. Do not do business with fiverr or invest in their stock. I wish I could give them a 0 rating!

This company takes orders, bills higher than agreed amounts, does not give credits back that they claim to on orders which are cancelled because their freelancers failed to deliver. When queried they will not assist and say contact the bank. Do not use them.
This company will allow a buyer (any buyer) to get your intellectual property (from seller) with NO payment! (do to order cancelation.. and have a nice day) This is the one of unlimited examples why in 2018, Fiverr received an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, which is the lowest grade that can be given!
