My wife and I ordered dinner from Frame. After two hours of waiting, we didn't get the delivery, the restaurant cancelled our order, and we were left hungry and with no reimbursement. We called the restaurant several times during the process, and everyone that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. The most important thing in these cases is to be nice to your clients. We payed upfront and were waiting for our dinner. If you're late, apologize, offer some reimbursement, be nice. None of this happened. We remained hungry and angry. Very unpleasant experience. Last time I come near this place.

Quality sushi! I loved the vibe, and the service in this restaurant. Regarding the food: you can see that the fish is very fresh and all the ingredients taste great. Very recommended for families or just a nice dinner with friends.
We didn't get our food but were still charged 200. When we called the restaurant, after 1/2 an hour's wait on the line (2 hours after we ordered) we were told that our order was never received due to a technical malfunction. No offer to reimburse or assist us in any way was made. We had to cancel the charge on our card in order to get our money back.

Nice place to eat Asian style food. Big restaurant, most of times you should call and reserve a place. The prices are bit to much but overall the experience is great. Great food, nice staff, cool atmosphere and fancy look. The sushi dishes are yummy. Totally recommended

Excellent service, excellent food, a wonderful experience all around! The hostess was kind and efficient, and all our waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful! The place is busy, and even so they were attentive to whatever we needed or asked, one of the dishes we asked for came with asparagus (we had asked for no asparagus and extra broccoli instead) but it was whisked away with a smile and a new dish was prepared quickly.. The food was very very tasty, and the dessert... Pure heaven! Was a lovely evening, will definitely be returning!
