Fresh and yummy burika made on order. A must try if you are in the Carmel market

There’s is a reason there is a line, and it is well worth the wait for unique, fresh, handmade to order food. The lamb burika and sugar donuts were delightful and served fresh from the oil. The food is fried in the same oil but the flavor doesn’t transfer, good stuff!

Best ever Burik. Go there and make sure not to count calories. Go for the full experience where he puts the Burik inside pita bread with all the trimmings. DO NOT MISS IT if you are in the Carmel Market.
