This building is rather good looking both from the inside and outside. Only drawbacks are that it's a bit inconvenient to reach by public transportation, and lack of first floor restaurants (the surrounding neighborhood isn't amazing in general)

Been there for a while on a consultation, the main problem is full parking, 5 stories of underground parking with barely a free space, took me some time to find a spot. But then, it's Tel Aviv, baby, parking was always a problem here...
