Lack of service, lack of care. They don’t care nor guide the olim hadashim properly. To get an appointment at the office gets ages and when you show up to the appointment prepare to wait an hour before someone is even thinking about talking to you.

Very rude personnel. Just don’t want to hear any questions

Unskilled and lazy staff. They deceive new immigrants and do not help. These people are terrible, they shouldn't work in the field of helping people because they don't care.

They are doing everything to make you regret about your decision to make aliyah. I have arrived in the morning to my appointment time and been waiting for 3 hours to get to an officer. At the very end of the meeting I have found out that my bank account number is outdated in the system so I've been told that I need to bring a special paper to register a new bank account in their system. It is not possible to pass it directly even once your identity is verified. Instead you have one additional pointless bureaucratic obstacle. I have succeeded to get the required document within 5 mins and still was made to wait additional 30 mins in the queue JUST TO PASS this paper to the officer which took less than 1 minute. My opinion is that it is a total nonsense and totally UNACCEPTABLE behavior for such institution! Still I guess your experience really depends on the officer. Mine was awful. Good luck :)

The worst service ever. I have called every single day for the pat month, only to be sent to leave a message, and then they say they'll get back to me within two days and they do not. Just terrible!

Very kind people also working there. It depends. Small tip: you can come a few minutes after opening and be the first in a queue.

They never call back. Waste of time! Is this Face of Israel State?
