Beware of this store! I purchased a robot vacuum for my daughter. Right after purchasing, I realized that I ordered the wrong one. I called and was told I can return it within 14 days. I brought it back two days later, unopened and the owner told me I must pay a return fee. At first, he wanted a 160 shekel fee, because he said that the credit card charges a fee. I argued with him and he told me that I dont know the law and he finally came down to a 100 shekel return fee. ( besides the shipping fee, which is understandable for me to pay). I called BUG to see if they charge a return fee and was told that they do not charge anything. May the buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

Great customer service, knowledgeable and kind. Prices are comfortable and item arrived after 2 days since order was placed.
Technically they have a professional lab, but the service is bit lazy; they have never call me regarding the status, I should have push them. Also the price was higher than promised

לכאורה נראים אנשים מאוד נחמדים ומקצועיים אך האמת היא שהרושם הראשוני מטעה. נתחיל בזה שנמסר לי שהמוצר שהשארתי למעבדה יתוקן תוך מספר ימים, בפועל המתנתי ללא שואב האבק 12 יום. לגבות כסף מראש גבו , אך לבדוק האם השואב אכן עובד שכחו. לכן תחשבו פעמיים האם באמת אתם סומכים על מקום שישאיר אתכם מינימום שבועיים ללא המכשיר.
קבלתי במקום שירות מקצועי ומופלא של דויד הבעלים. מחירים אטרקטיביים והוגנים. מתמחים בכל מה שקשור לטלפוניה: טלפונים רגילים, אלחוטיים, לכבדי שמיעה, וגם שואבי אבק רובוטיים ומכשירי רדיו. במקום יש מעבדה ותיקה לתיקון כל המוצרים הללו, וגם מה שיש לכם בבית ונואשתם לתקנו !!! ממליצה בחום !!!
המשלוח הגיע מאוד מהר, הזמנתי בערב והגיע בבוקר למחרת. בסופו של דבר לא הייתי מרוצה מהמוצר (שלא באשמתם) והם אפשרו לי להחזיר אותו בלי בעיות ולקבל החזר כספי מלא. דוד היה מאוד נחמד. סך הכל החברה נותנת שירות טוב ואכפת לה משביעות הרצון של הלקוח.
