Honestly a very bad experience. There is no other way to say it. We ordered 2 poke bowls that took over 1 hour and 58 min to arrive. Important to note - we live 200m away from the place. They offer no compensation, no apologies and the worst part is that it is the second time in a row that it is always the same story. The food is just about average. This will be our last order. We’re in 2021 this is the worst experience.

The worker approached me several times with a mask on his chin, not a risk i was happy to take. , the service was super slow, which was annoying. We ordered two pokes; one salmon and one tuna-- the tomatos were rotten, and my wife got a food poisoning probably because of the tuna.

We ordered from them via Walt and was so disappointed! The dishes came without about 1/3 of the ingredients, with no sauces and a few leaves inside we didn’t order nor wanted to eat. Also there were pieces of onion peel mixed with the other ingredients. The delivery took over an hour and after we called them about the order we got, all they had to say was that the missing items were the mistake of a worker who finished his shift and they will send us the sauces (again note the delivery time). Worst service I’ve seen in the past few years
