Sophie is an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G teacher. Very knowledgeable in her field of work. I have been taking private stretching class for months now and I simply can’t stop!!! I greatly improved my flexibility and well being since I started. Definitely to recommend!
I’ve learn pole tricks and pole danse in 2 months with Sophie with private classes. The learning and the technique are very interesting. I recommand this teacher which is very unique in her style and very patient. I wish every teacher to provide the same experience. Much love
I thought pole dance was only for girls with my macho mind, but I was wrong it's really physical and we can be very manly on the pole. Sophie is an amazing teacher , she s very professional, it s very hard but very fun :)
