One of the worst bike shops around. The prices indicate that this should be a premium shop with excellent customer support and service, but it is far from the case. First I asked to buy a specific wheel, they've promised to call me back with an offer but never did. I also bough a bike there and the service was lousy: It did not arrive at the day they promised, they wouldn't make any discounts for changing parts on it at the day of purchase, and showed a general lack of knowledge about cycling.

Terrible customer service. They lie constantly about bikes and prices - told us a bike pair costs 2560 but the website price was 2400, they just wanted to push their card which costs 160/yr and told us we had to buy the subscription to buy the bike, only after we showed them the website they admitted. Also the right brake handle was connected to the front brake and vice versa, luckily we noticed before we left the store.

R.I.P. Rosen&Minz. Horrible service, they take bike for fixes, don't call back to let know what's going on, if you call them with questions they blame you for being a nudge and then hang up on you. This place used to be the best in TLV. I was buying there since 2002! Now it's just a bunch of jerks pushing you towards buying a new bike by all costs.
