I have been here multiple times before and everything was great. On our Friday noon visit today we had a very poor and unapologetic service experience that pretty much set a bad tone for the rest of our time out. The brunch plate arrived without the breads and drink as clearly stated in the menu . The waitress brought the condiments for the burgers and fries after we were done, although I did remind her about it (she actually saw that we were done and took them back to the kitchen as she was carrying them out). After asking for the check 3 times she decided to confront us by telling us off and not letting us answer her about the reduced tip we decided to give her. Making accusations and assumptions ("It's never the waiters fault! If you ever worked as a waiter you would know!", I as 50% of Israelis have worked as a waiter, not that it matters at all, and yes she is responsible of making sure that we got what we ordered). At no point did she apologize for us not getting the things we paid for, nor did she even offer to bring them once it was pointed out to her they were forgotten. She did make a scene at us in front of customers while not letting us even reply. Very rood, very embarrassing, and very unpleasant. 1. You have to earn your tip. I dont ask for anything special, at least get us what we ordered, or apologize when you forget. 2. Dont raise your voice and dont accuse customers and make assumptions about them, especially if you dont let them even reply. 3. Apologize when you make a mistake instead of doubling down. 4. Be professional, be nice. A simple "sorry, I am so busy" / "Sorry, I forgot" would've been enough. You go to a place, to have a nice afternoon, and you end up paying money for less food than you actually ordered and get a horrible rude attitude. Shameful. Btw, the food is good, and I had very good service at the place before. Really sad that this is what happens there now.
