I honestly had an amazing experience here last Friday. The staff is fun, friendly, but also very professional. I went out to get us some coffee while waiting for the ring to get colored before they put it in my ear, that is how much I loved them.

Went in today to get a flat piercing, my first piercing since childhood. I'm known to have panic attacks after blood tests / anything needle related, and so I had one right after being pierced. I didn't get a hold of the piercer's name, but he was very professional, gave me time to breathe, and overall handled this unexpected situation in a professional, understanding manner. Big props to them. Will be coming back for my next piercing for sure.
