I really loved the online course with Omer and Shirah. They worked hard to keep us learning new things each week, but never made us feel inadequate. Can't wait to take the next level. Great job!

Great teachers and staff! They've done an incredible job adapting to covid without sacrificing any of the quality of the program.

Taking this course over Zoom, you may be in a class with students from around the world, which is lots of fun, but the goals of students from outside Israel may be different than those of olim, so good to keep this in mind if you are already living in Israel and expect a focus on Israeli daily life (as opposed to being able to read a Hebrew guidebook while traveling in Europe. Also, the focus is on Hebrew for a very \hiloni\ (secular) life and the words you learn will include things and places, such as how to say Legos (the toy) and \like\ (in the Facebook app) and place names such as the Eifel Tower. If you are familiar with Jewish liturgy and the Tanakh, you will need to make your own connections between words and syntax you already know from those sources and modern Herbrew vocabulary and syntax. If you write out the homework, which is not overbearing, you will learn quite a bit of grammar and your reading ability should improve. But the ability to recall what you can read and use it in daily conversation may not happen because there isn't a lot of repetition of complete sentences (at least at the Bet level). Also, there is only limited audio content provided and because some verb conjugations may be written with the same consonants but pronounced differently, this practice is lacking in the homework. Some teachers are better than others at creating an immersive (Hebrew only) environment and at explain grammatical structures and concepts. !בהצלחה

Love this school. I have learnt so much. Everyone was great. Highly recommend learning Hebrew here. Also even though the in-person course was interrupted by lockdown, they moved seamlessly to online teaching.

Loved this school. It's very well organised, teachers are super nice and supporting and professional. Miss the place but studying there for so long should be enough to get a good grasp of Hebrew ️

I really enjoyed my learning experience here! It's both a very professional and lively place. The teachers are really motivated and give you motivation to learn. There is a good balance (to my opinion) between gramar and expression. The material and syllabus are modern. Around the end of the courses we can talk with confidence about recent society issues. Events (talks, movies, concerts...) are also organized in the school, it builds a feeling of community truly appreciated.
