It's a 24/7 veterinary hospital which makes it one of a very very few of its kind, AFAIK the only one in the Tel-Aviv area and this a critical service and should get an of our support, like in the form of a 5 star review. In more details - the staff is friendly and helpful, they have basically all the facilities you'd need and they give great service and after care. If you're living in the area I also recommend buying their pet insurance.

Its the only vet open 24\\7 in Tel-Aviv. So the only place to go in case of an emergency at night or shabat. However they are very unprofessional, I had to go with my cat in the middle of the night aand at first they were helpful, but later when he came back he was all wet covered in urine, I do not know for how long he was this way and no one told me anything when I took him. They did give the necessary treatment but for the expensive price they didnt take care for the well being of him. It was also very hard to get information about his state while hospitalised, I was not allowed to visit him because of covid regulations and on the phone it was hard to get information due to the doctors being very busy.
It was extremely expensive The vet. Shuki was fine. The secretary was not.
