Terrible customer service. It does not represent their product at all. Too bad. Im a long lasting and until recently a happy customer. Last month, i received one diffuser which smelled like alcool only with no perfume smell. The customer representative basically told me it wasn’t there problem. After a few more tries talking to them, they thought it was simple easier not to answer me at all anymore. It seems a few bucks is more important than a long lasting monthly repeat customer. Im sure management doesn’t even know about this case.
