My phone was stolen two days ago so I went to this place by friends recommendation. The staff was super helpful and the prices are the best in the market! They also have a golan telecom representative who kindly helped me to reactivate my sim card even it was after his working hours. Can't believe how people gave this store a negative feedback, probably just being too dramatic. Def will come back and recommend
Avoid at all cost. From 10 AM to 12:30 PM, they do not sell SIM cards and staff will tell you to come back at 12:00. When the Golan Telecom representative will show up at 12:30 PM, he will be met by a long line of customers. You can buy SIM cards of Golan Telecom in this shop, but staff will refuse to offer any after-sale service. Instead, they tell you to call the Golan service line (*0058) and answer the questions of a phone computer to get your SIM card activated. Staff will tell you to use the SIM card number for activating your SIM card, which will not work with the phone computer. Instead, you'll need a 6-digit activation code that might be printed on the back of the SIM card booklet. If the staff sold you a SIM card without activation number on the booklet, you will need to speak to an employee of the Golan service line to learn the activation code. Don't despair when they hang up, they will call you back after some hours. Once you know the activation code, you can activate your SIM card in your personal account on the internet. Unfortunately, there is no real easy way to avoid all the hassle. Golan Telecom does mail SIM cards via regular Isrseli Post to your home address, but this process takes 10 -21 days and the delivery is not reliable. In the southern wing of the Dizengoff Center, the stationery shop Kravitz also sells Golan Telecom SIM cards, but does not offer any customer support, either.
