Please for the love of god, avoid this at all costs. My journey begin in Melbourne where I was fortunate enough to have a loving family and good friends. I made the decision three years ago to make Aliyah. For the most part, I've really enjoyed my time here. Everything this week has gone completely wrong and המלאכים רשת מכבסות וניקוי יבש is entirly responsible for this travesty. My good mate Daz (I'm sure you've seen his review, scroll down if not) went in, proceeded to give his load of washing, unbeknown to this washing service that inside it was his favorite tee shirt. Most people wouldn't look twice at it, an old, seemingly basic grey shirt. If you were one of those people, you would be grossly mistaken. This shirt was Daz's favorite shirt, the pride and joy of his closet, dare I say, entire collection of eight items of clothing that he cycles through. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I have received countless calls (some as late at 3am), texts, WhatsApps and a number of face to face exchanges explaining how this cleaning experience not only ruining his entire wardrobe but refused to take any ownership or blame. If you're this far in, let me ask you - Does it sound logical that a rational, well educated adult male would place his clothes, already damaged in a laundromat only to try and have them compensate him? I know, it sounds crazy but this is what המלאכים רשת מכבסות וניקוי יבש are suggesting. Finally, take a look at the attached photo so you can see his beloved shirt. Please pray that he overcomes this loss. We will be sitting Shiva for the next 7 days in honor of the Tee. #longLiveLordGreyTee

Not the cheapest laundry place, clothes doesn’t smell fresh, they just spray the top of the bag with some perfume but the rest of the clothes doesn’t smell clean.
A word of warning - Do not use at all costs! This laundromat has tried to return several pieces of my clothing that are completely stained . They are now trying to bleach/color them as a solution rather than refunding me for my damaged goods. Besides the terrible customer service and simple lack of communication, probably best to choose a place that doesn't destroy your clothes. Avoid them at all costs!
Terrible customer service. My new T-shirts were ruined and they didn’t even bother listening to me when I confronted them. Would hate for anyone else to go through this, very aggressive and rude.
Destroyed my friend’s favourite wardrobe (a male Model) and they refused to provide compensation. Disgraceful
A friend and I used this service and they damaged multiple pieces of clothing and did nothing to compensate. Horrible customer service- would not recommend.
They damaged (stained) 4 pieces. Two pieces were never worn. We showed the owner the damage, and he did not do anything about it. He was talking in circles that darker clothes stained it. We told him that he put in the machine dark and light pink clothes together, but he did not care. We asked for an indemnity. He said he would not. Therefore, if you do not want your clothes to be damaged, do not take there!
Very poor customer service. Would not recommend at all.
