This place offers 24 hours service. In most cases, the waiting time is not too long, but it really depends on how many people are here, similar to a hospital ER I guess. They are very organized, they have a database on previously treated pets, and the receptionists access it upon arrival. The staff is nice and professional. The place has all the equipment and knowledge needed to complete any treatment necessary.

My cat had to undergo emergency surgery after an unfortunate accident with a dog. I was sent all the way to their clinic in Petach Tikvah in the middle of the night for her surgery. When I asked for other options in Tlv because I don’t have a car, they offered no help and basically just said -deal with the drive however you can-. After her surgery, it took the vet over 6 hours to return my calls, all I wanted to know was if she was ok and no-one could give me an update as to her well-being. Crazy prices, terrible service. Stay away from them.

Long waiting times (over 2 hours till a vet saw us due to an emergency coming in right after us). In addition, we feel that the treatment given to us was unproffessional, the dog was clearly dehydrated but the vet insisted on conducting expensive blood tests instead of simply transfuse fluids. Altogether this visit was VERY expensive too.
With 2 dogs and 3 cats, i have experience with veterinarian. these are one of the good guys! they are professionals, and animal lovers, thats all that matters. also clean and mice waiting space.
Great vets that you can tell care about your pets, and practice good medicine. I've been coming here for years and for good reason.
Open 24h, Hospitalized my cat there, as could not get to my regular vet during the weekend. Certainly a good place for your pets
Awful. Vets are irresponsible. Expensive and vets don't love their jobs.. at least some of them
