The worst service in my life I have ever had. Very pushy. Manipulative.One customer assistant named Adi Ben Hamu was very rude to me. She insulted me and shouted at me when I claimed my rights to cancel the insurance. I almost had a heart attack while talking on the phone to these people. Awful.
Good people
I got a bad service as from a regular staff as well as from the manager of the selling service. If you want to purchase insurance for a cancer patient, you won't get it there.
Sad to say, but this company really is one of the all time worst I've ever dealt with. It took two bank visits, 3 faxes, over 5 hours on the phone, just to get them to send a wire transfer to my bank. They just didn't want to give us our money. What a terrible experience.
