This is where to go when anything is broken. Fast, efficient, cheap (certainly in TLV prices). No monkey business, no bull***t. This guy knows his stuff and he's not greedy at all. DON'T THINK TWICE!
The woman who works here doesn’t appear to want any business. When I told her that the overcomplicated manner it would take to fix something simple seemed a bit unlike what other stores told me she told me to go somewhere else. No problem I will. Happy to say this store doesn’t want business. So don’t give it to them.
When checking my mom's laptop screen, instead of opening up the computer the right way he was lazy and just forced the plastic covering open and he broke the little plastic clips that keep the covering closed. It took him 2 and a half days just to check the computer and he quoted a price around 200 shekels more than what we ended up paying at another place. He also charged just to look at the computer. We ended up taking the computer to another store. The checked it on the spot. Opened up the whole computer, showed us how the guy from monitor forced it open and broke it. He replaced the screen for less, on the spot and cleaned the dusted from computer and fixed the hinges just as a bonus as he was going. I would not recommend monitor
To Doron Thank you for your help. I do not understand how the Israeli Bezek interferes with my WIF system - but only here in Israel I run into wIFI connection problems. שירות לא מקצועי ולא אדיב. קיבלתי את המחשב יותר שבור ממה שהיה כשנמסר לתיקון. חייב אותי ב100 שח וטען שאמר את זה כשהשארתי את המחשב. הראה לי את החשבונית כאילו היה כתוב למרות שאצלי בהעתק לא היה כתוב שום דבר! כשהראתי לו את העתק החשבונית שלי אמר ״לא צריך אני לא אמות מזה״. בקיצור תחושה שרימו אותי והכי גרוע שהמחשב חזר יותר שבור משהיה. לשיקולכם.
