We have been here for a very lovely breakfast a while ago. We sat on the outside it was very comfortable and shaded, food is really great - good selection, very stylish and upscale.

Nice international atmosphere, good vibes. Food is solid, cocktails are good as well. Prices are reasonable compared to other Tel Avivian fine dining experiences.
We had brunch and it was excellent: great service, atmosphere, setting and menu. The freshly squeezed joice was amazing with a large selection and choice. The buffet was nice with great variety. There is also free Cava that adds a lot. My recommendation when dining as a couple is to share a main dish like the eggs Benedict, and a French Toast for dessert. This is the best we ever tasted!
Great food in one of the best hotel in Israel. Meticulous service. It is particularly pleasant to sit in the garden of the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is always surprisingly varied and varied. The restaurant has gluten-sensitive awareness
The food was outstanding and the room was picture worthy. We went at the end of our trip and it was a lovely way to end. The hazelnut ice cream was the thing of dreams and everything we had was worth it.
Wonderful Breakfast buffet! Lovely to sit outside during it weather allows.
Food was very nice, but the place was overpriced and the service was inattentive, particularly for a (hotel) restaurant dressing up that fancy (we needed to ask 4 times for water, the waitress didn't know the dishes, the shift manager was bossing the waitresses in front of us...) All dishes tasted fine, nothing disappointed us, but nothing blew our mind. The starters (included in the lunch deal - small plates of aubergine, cauliflower, chickpeas, great foccacia bread) were filling - even though all were pretty standard in TLV terms. The starter we ordered (leeks with rich tomato sauce and parmesan cheese) was delicious, but again, overpriced (almost 50 shekels). The mains were all well-prepared but pricy (tried their lamb ravioli - 3 pieces, 64 shekels...) Bottom line, we had a good meal and there's attention behind each dish, but for this price there are other great options close by.
Our experience was... Just fine. To be honest, I can't see where the great enthusiasm about this restaurant is coming from. Pros: - Great(!) atmosphere. This place is carefully designed, and looks like someone really put some work into the details of the design. Great opening for the evening. - Great wine selection. (Although the cocktails and beers section were almost unnoticeable, and contained nothing special.) Cons: - The service is just OK. When I ate only half of my dish, they didn't ask if something is wrong. Sometimes it took an extra effort to catch a waitress, and the dishes weren't presented and explained properly. - The dishes were fine. Each dish served when it is nicely designed (but not as carefully designed as in another gourmet restaurants), and *it was* tasty, but I haven't got the \WOW\ effect after trying 4 different dishes. The bread felt like it could use a short visit in the oven. Don't get me wrong: If the pricing was a bit more suitable to the experience, maybe I'd consider it as a great restaurant. But when the service is just ok, and the food doesn't feel extraordinary, complicated, exotic or extra special, I think Norman Restaurant is a 2.75/5 restaurant.
