Worst place ever! Pricy poor service and worst quality. I believe people go there because celebrities get maybe the celeb treatment but for our mere mortals do yourself a favor and stay away...

I love this place we are very well received, the cleanliness is exemplary each tray for the feet is systematically cleaned with bleach, as well as work tools. Every month I make a manicure pedicure gel and the result is always beautiful and especially gel lacquer resists for more than three weeks. In general Charleine takes care of me and I recommend it to you.

This place always looks busy so I thought it must be good. I went in and soon decided that I would not be back. It’s overpacked with staff and customers meaning you’re constantly jostled. The girls’ uniforms are filthy. My nails had three bloody places by the time they were finished. I might yet have given them two stars, but when I went to leave they tried to charge me for the maximum manicure. ‘Wait’ I said. ‘There was no exfoliation, no hand massage as it says on the price list?‘ ‘well what did you expect for a one hour appointment?’ Was the cryptic defence. They need to clean up their act in every way. There are much better places in Tel Aviv for less money! One hour later: they read this review and they just called me threatening to make up a story to the police that I had racially abused their staff. (Presumably they meant the charming black girl who did my nails who was out for a smoke when the manager tried to overcharge me) What a vile threat and an extraordinary way to run a business.

This spot is always welcoming and plays some good music. They dont make a manly man feel awkward. And this place always has the pretties ladies getting a touch up. I bring all my dates here. IG-Rcop2100

A great place, excellent service, very friendly stuff and super professional. Out of all the places I've tried in Tel Aviv Nails is my all time favorite. Highly recommend!

Original review: Honestly the main issue with this place is lack of transparency about price. I went in to get my nails done for a party and inquired what to do about a specific broken nail and they recommended a polish that strengthens (didn’t say I had to buy it or mention the price). Only after I got my nails done (the manicure was fine, but not worth 89 shekel, and the issue others may have is the lack of transparency around the difference between a 49 shekel “quickie” and the manicure), I got a bill for 231 because turns out I had to 1) buy the special strengthening polish, and 2) it cost 142. Not a single person ever mentioned to me I would have to pay that. The reason this isn’t getting one star is that the people were not rude, they just weren’t helpful. Update: I just downgraded these guys to one star because they 1) had the nerve to call me as soon as I left this review asking me to change it *on the day of my engagement party* (which I had told them), when any rational person would assume I have more important things to do, and 2) lied in multiple parts of their insulting response below, most relevantly in their claim to have said the price, evidenced by the fact that they even apologized at the store for no one telling me the price. The man who left the response below is the owner, and was not there at the time of the manicure. His wife was and she was the aforementioned person who was not rude, but just wasn’t helpful. If this were in the US I would report them to the BBB, and I also would have never paid more than 14 / 50 shekels for the manicure I got.

Your experience here can very depending on the nail practitioner that you get. Overall the place is clean and well put together. I was personally happy with my service, though it did take 90 minutes to get a mani/pedi. My friend was rushing so she got an express mani and pedi and wow.. It took the practitioner that she got 3 hours!! Yes 3 hours for an express service and with a practitioner who didn't understand Hebrew or English.

Just left this place and I have never gotten worse service than at this place. Not only is the place so small, but the workers are so unfriendly and rude (Gossip about you). They don’t use a new tool kit NOR cleanse them inbetween customers. The girl I had cut ALL my cuticles (you’re not suppose to because of infection and sanitation) to the point where I started to bleed. Then she proceeded to use a different color for the first coat of gel color because the color I chose was too expensive and they want to prolong the OPI gel color by using a cheap brand on the first coat. My nails were not shaped well, pretty uneven and the color didn’t turn out as it was suppose to. The quality of the end result was NOT GREAT, and the service was HORRIBLE. stay clear and find a better place with better prices and decent service.
