Unless you are a big spender that just got an expensive bike from the agency, you won't get a good service. Most of the mechanics there just don't care about your bike and some don't even know how to work a bike properly. High prices which you can downgrade with a club card (if you'll get any. its free so the \service\ isn't a rush one. I am waiting for mine for 3 month now), but you are not allowed into the work areas and when you see how people there treat the bikes... I am better of with a non dealer mechanic that i can check on his work and decide to trust or not.
