Hi! Very rarely do I write reviews, but I felt I had to. In this case. From start to finish, shopping at Zabilo really was an excellent experience. 1)\tThe website was in Hebrew, English and French. And the website actually worked, the numbers were up-to-date and you did not need Google translate. 2)\tThere was a large range of products-we wanted to buy a built-in oven. They had half a dozen choices which we narrow down to just one. 3)\tI called the shop-and the number worked, which was a great surprise after living here for four years! I spoke to an excellent chap called Menachem. Menachem spoke Hebrew, English and French. Bearing in mind this was just a week before Passover, and the particular other and we wanted was so popular that it was out of stock, Menachem went out of his way to call the manufacturers, make sure they had one, and then make sure it was delivered before Passover, so we could use it for the festival. 4)\tMenachem asked me about the reasons for my choice, and offered me cheaper versions and more expensive ones. So I understood completely what I was buying. He then explained to me the different ways to buy it and once we had agreed, called me back and emailed me to let me know. It would be on its way on a certain day. 5)\tThat day was yesterday and it arrived on time, in great condition, and all I had to do was plug it in, attached to screws, and kosher it for Passover. 6)\tAnd just before I went to bed, I took a call from Menachem to make sure it had arrived and everything was good. All of this happened yesterday, and last night I smelt the smell of coconut pyramids, almond macaroons and cinnamon balls all over the house. I therefore highly recommend Zabilio for its easy-to-use website, great customer service, delivery when it said it would, and for its post delivery check-in. And no, I was not paid for this review!

I ordered a toaster oven and stove through the website, encouraged by very positive reviews. The toaster oven arrived very promptly. When the stove did not, I reached out to Zabilo and got a swift response. Staff was very helpful and I received the stove just a few days later. Thank you for your service.

Thank you Zabilo team! very RECOMENDED! Zabilo service team was great! and helped me a lot when i had a problem! I ordered a refrigerator, a tv, and a microwave! and I had a problem with the TV, the manufacturer didn't took responsibility claiming that "there is no problem with the TV", and "this is the technology!"...!%*#%# Frustrated from LG, i called Zabilo to try to find a solution. Zabilo team (mainly Lior and Avital) was amazing, they understood me, and helped me to deal with the manufacturer, Zabilo had my back and didn't let go until the manufacturer was willing to replaced my TV. It's so uncommon to see extraordinary service and i really felt that I, as a costumer important to them! Thank you, Yaniv
BEWARE! Do not buy from this company! Their customer service is horrible! They portray themselves as having "European-style" service, but their customer service is horrible, even for Israeli standards. I had such a negative experience when we bought a gas oven only to find out that it didn't meet the standards of the house. They do not answer their phones, they do not call back. Impossible to get something exchanged or returned.
i have ordered a clothes dryer, fan, and dyson vacuum . All deliveries have been on time with a call prior to delivery The delivery personnel are respectful and very patience. I have recommended zabilio to many friends.
