Public buses do not accept cash from passengers anymore. Get your public transportation ID card here. This small location has many machines to load and to up your card. The staff will help you get a free card so you can travel safely by bus and train across the country. Later you can do most of the action via the NFC reader on your phone or in some cases wia the web.

חידשתי פרופיל סטודנט לפני כשבוע. לפני יומיים נגנב לי הארנק עם כל הכרטיסים החשובים בתוכו והגעתי להנפיק כרטיס חילופי, אך אז גיליתי שלא חידשו לי בכלל את פרופיל הסטודנט(לפחות במערכת המיושנת באבן גבירול, כי הכרטיס עבד מצוין לפני שנגנב). העובדים במקום התכחשו לכך שחידשתי אצלם את הכרטיס, בטענה שלא יתכן שנעשה חידוש ללא אישור לימודים מודפס, למרות שבפועל זה בדיוק מה שקרה. כרגע אני תקועה בלי רב קו כיוון שכרטיס הסטודנט החדש שהזמנתי עדיין בדואר, בדרך אליי. ומי יןדע, אולי אצליח להנפיק שוב את הכרטיס אבל יד אלוהים תמחק אותו מהמערכת? ברכות, הצלחתם לתת שירות גרוע יותר מביטוח לאומי
