WORST PLACE! Worst host ever ! We arrived late in the evening to discover that the room was very far from the description and the pictures on their website: a very tiny window, the room was like a cave. They simply lied on their website!!! We said to the local responsible that we didn't want to stay because it was very far from our expectations and the price was incredibly too high for a cave !!! We asked to speak with the customer service or someone responsible of the place, only after one hour of discussion with the very rude local responsible, they accepted to speak with us. After screaming on us, threating us, they told us we had no choice to pay for the night: the full price!!!

We were meant to stay at Ahuzat Kinorot but left after ten minutes because the place was not as advertised on the internet. We asked for two adults and three children. There was no place to put the third child even though I had telephoned beforehand to check. What you don't see in the pictures is that the view includes the back of a hotel and that it is right next to a noisy apartment block. You arrive to a very steep driveway with almost no parking space. The outside deck is vey weathered and looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. The swimming pool is very small. There is absolutely no privacy. Our room that we were meant to stay in opened up straight onto the swimming pool and you could look straight into the room from the pool . There were ashtrays with dirty cigarette butts . The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke and there were stains on the walls . The area for sitting outside was very small and the barbecue was dirty and badly kept . The jacuzzi was dirty. After we saw the place and were that we were victims of faulty advertising, we left after ten minutes. They still has the cheek to deduct the full amount of money from my credit card including three children ! I won't get the money back but I hope this reviews prevents others from being lulled into the faulty advertising of this place.

בסך הכל למרות הרבה תגובות שליליות היינו 3 לילות ומאוד נהנו זוג תינוקת השירות הייתה מצוינת יוני ענה לנו תמיד והתייחס אלינו מאוד יפה, גם מבחינת הנקיון כל יום מגיעים צוות לנקות את החצר ואת הצימרים שהתפנו הבריכה הייתה נקייה והכל היה מוצלח. יש שתי סוגי חדרים "אבן מפוארת" יותר גדולה פחות חדשני ופחות מאוורר ויש את "בקתות העץ" יותר מאוורר ויותר חדשני רק יותר קטן, היינו לילה אחד באבן מפוארת ושאר הימים בבקתות עץ. הייתי ממליץ יותר על הבקתות עץ זה יותר יפה ומואר ויותר מאוורר. באבן מפוארת קצת חנוק ויש רק חלון למעלה ללא גישה אליו.
צימר מדהים ומפנק הכל בדיוק כמו בתמונות, נקי ושמור, זכינו ליחס מדהים והרגשה טובה, לא היה חסר כלום, מומלץ מאוד!, נשמח לחזור !! אחלה של מקום,נקי,כמו בתמונות באמת ! מושלם ...הנוף מדהים ו. שווה כל שקל. شاليهات انيقه جداجدا ومكان رائع مطل على بحيرة طبريا وقريب من الشواطيء
