I am basing this review off of my terrible customer service experience. I just ordered a bus for a trip for the end of the month (2 weeks away). I was told verbally that they charge my credit card for a down payment and the remainder of the payment is given in cash to the driver (fishy, right?) I then received a contract via email that stated that any traveling on Highway 6 would cost an extra 75 shekels paid directly to the driver. I had assumed beforehand that we would be driving on Highway 6 and no mention of this condition was given to me prior to Tiyulei Hanasi charging my credit card for the down payment. Only after being charged a down payment was I sent the terms of the contract. When I called to complain the customer service representative \assured\ me that she had told me about the extra charge, refused to transfer me to a higher up manager, and refused to refund me the down payment, despite having only order the bus a few hours prior. Now that they have my credit card number and already charged it I am stuck and can't shop around my options further. I will provide an update about the service of the driver and the bus after the event.
