If I could leave '0' stars I would. I tried more than once to order pharmaceuticals from them. One time expensive sensitive items that needed to be kept under 25c came so hot that the bottles were hard to hold. This LAST time the box came days later than promised and the box had been OPENED!!!! I then found that a number of items had been damaged, like herbal remedy teas spilling out from tears in the plastic bag. They promised to send someone to get the damaged items and then to refund me on the damaged items. BUT that had been a lie. They took my money and NEVER sent anyone to collect the damaged goods and hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to a manager. DON'T trust them ever!! Update: They finally refunded me and came to the damaged items. The big problem is that the delivery service they hire isn't reliable at all. Though often the boxes even of items in the packing box are dented too. Some of the people at Max are ok, but in all could be much more reliable and dependable.

הזמנתי מוצר מסויים באתר, המוצר ככל הנראה לי היה להם במלאי. הם מחקו אותו מהאתר וסיפקו לי מוצר אחר לגמרי. הם טוענים שהם לא שינו את ההזמנה. התקשרה אלי נציגה בשם אינה וטוענת שאני אשם ו\אם אני בטוח שעשיתי הזמנה\ אם לא עשיתי הזמנה איך יש לי מספר הזמנה וקיבלתי מוצר שדחפתם לי אותו? בתור אחד שיש לו חנויות אינטרנטיות מה שעשיתם זה גניבה. זה מועבר לטיפול משפטי ברגע זה. במידה ואין לכם מוצר במלאי מתקשרים ללקוח ומבטלים ולא דוחפים לו מוצר שהוא בכלל לא מכיר ולא רוצה. בכזאת רמה של גניבה עוד לא נתקלתי. תתביישו לכם. חושבים שלאנשים יש כסף מיותר לבזבז. בתור אחד שמתעסק בחנויות אלקטרוניות תזהרו לרכוש מחנות זאת!! זאת חנות מסוכנת.
