Unreliable store. Pre-ordered ps5 at isfars price 2449 nis n September, seller promised supply at November. In November said December... Today is nearly April and was told to pay 3600nis. This is outrageous! Will never buy from this store again.

With no previous knowledge of the place or its reliability, we came with a Nintendo Switch which would not charge. It was the guys at the store who initiated a thorough investigation and research - to determine whether the console was still covered by the warranty. After discovering we were no longer covered we resigned ourselves to pay whatever the fix would cost. Upon returning to fetch the fixed console - they refused to take any money for their work. They stated that the problem we had has been identified as a common bug in these consoles and that they expended almost no effort fixing it. They could most certainly have taken advantage of our naivete (or ignorance) and charged any sum they wanted. Yet they remained transparent and honest throughout our transaction. They stand out in a landscape of business with negative reputations - for their honesty, good efficient work, and their decency. Thank you guys.
