קניתי שתי גיטרות קלאסיות של סלוואדור וקיבלתי אחלה שירות, אבל הגיע אליי המשלוח בתקופת הקורונה ואחת הגיטרות לא הייתה תקינה לצערי, צריכה תיקום מינימלי בגשר. יצרתי קשר איתם והם סירבו לשלוח עוד שליח לקחת ולהחזיר כי זה לא שווה להם. חיכיתי עד שנגמר הסגר ושלחתי את הגיטרה עם חברה שלי לתל אביב ואחרי כמה ימים התקשרו ואמרו שהגיטרה תקינה ועלה להם 60 שקל וכך. חברה שלי הביאה לי את הגיטרה ומסתבר שכלום לא השתנה בגיטרה. הם פשוט שיקרו לי. זה השירות שקיבלתי לצערי. לא ממליצה לאף אחד כי אם קרה והייתה תקלה או בעיה במוצר הם כנראה לא יהיה אכפת להם.
