I wasn't too impressed. There's a 5NIS minimum charge even though the printing cost is 0.5NIS per side. She doesn't take credit cards so I had to spend another 15m walking to the bank. She can't print on envelopes. She didn't know the word \tape\ in English, and I felt like I was back in Eastern Europe fighting for every little thing I wanted as a customer. Other customers kept barging into the store, hovering over me instead of waiting respectfully in line, speaking over me in Russian. She acknowledged them while often ignoring me. Today is almost election day in the US, hence this trip, and she was totally unhelpful about telling me what mail places were nearby. She says she is Bulgarian and is the owner. So its not a case of one employee, and I wouldn't expect this sort of customer service to change. I would come back here only if I had to.
