I had a problem with my washer water tank. They fixed it, didn't took money since my car is under warranty. My car is under leasing agreement via AVIS which is not working with this auto center, still they accept me and fixed my problem. This is what I call great service

עשיתי טיפול שנתי. שירות יוצא מן הכלל הדבר היחידי שטעון שיפור, וזה בעיקר מצד הנהלת המקום הוא תוספת פקידה לקבלת הקהל ושלא כל הלחץ יהיה על פקידה אחת שמן הסתם מנסה לשרת את הלקוחות נאמנה אך מטבע הדברים מרוב לחץ קורה שהיא טועה. נא להתייחס בהתאם.
עשיתי טיפול 30000. לאחר הטיפול קיבלתי אוטו שרוט בבמפר הקדמי!!! לפני הטיפול התלוננתי על הריח רע מהמזגן עקב זה רצו לחייב אותי על המסנן אוויר של המזגן שלפי בדיקה שעשיתי קודם לא פוטר את הבעיה. בנוסף הלכתי לראות את המסנן לא ראיתי שהמסנן מלוכלך גם המסנן לא יריח רע. לאחר הויכוח אמרו לי שהם שינקו את המערכת של המזגן עם איזה חומר אבל לדעתי פשוט ריססו בסלון עם מתהר אוויר! בקיצר ממש עבודה בעיניים.
