Poor customer service and huge attitude
like
I bought an item here yesterday, had a problem, full refund was given, no questions asked. The owners are unusually knowledgable, not pushy. In the end I upgraded to a different brand, and got a printer-cut smartphone shield to replace my broken one. With excellent customer service like this, I'm planning on making them my first-stop electronics store.
I'll say it once \DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.\ I walked in to check out some speakers headphones etc... This guy behind the counter Started screaming at me what are you doing here get out of here. I didn't do anything!!! The owner is a bigot, racist, hater. I hope this review was helpful.
Wow I'm really sorry I have to do this but I report my experience, and unfortunately it was really lousy, I walked in checked out some items and before I knew it I was being yelled at for attempting to break items on the shelf, he started yelling at me he doesn't need my money and more inappropriate language, he called the malls security and wanted me out. Looking now and seeing so many bad reviews on this store I would never walk in again and people should read these reviews hence I'm not the only one with such terrible experience in the store, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go into such a place a store with horrible customer service and a really nasty store owner! The one star I'm reporting is only cuz the star has to be there this place has no stars!
Nasty customer service. He threw me out of the store. He said a couple of nasty comments to me. He told me he doesn't need my money. I would never walk in there again or recommend it to anybody.
