Once it was really good, today it was bearable eatable. Decent service but the meat of the hamburger is really mediocre. I ordered with cheese and I it was stick to the bread almost like there was no cheese. I was really disappointed I think I wouldn't eat there again.

For the type of place this is- definetely 5 stars. It's a fast food place, but with really really great quality food, nothing too oily, but what's supposed to be juicy- is indeed juicy. Even just a classic or double burger with no toppings has its own charm- and it tastes great.

Weirdest experience of my life. Im standing here waiting. There's no food on the grill. There's no fries in the fryer. 4 people are waiting for food. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Half the staff was replaced by a computer. I understand why. Please replace all of the staff with more computers. Do you pay your employees through telegrass? How much weed do they need to smoke to function this badly... Added a photo. 6 people waiting for food with nothing on the grill. Person is explaining to the staff that burgers have lettuce and tomato. Further update.. second staff member has vanished. I suspect bong hits in the bathroom. Final update I asked for my money back. They don't know how to cancel orders.

I used to really love this place, but today everything was worse. Service: the order was from the computer which is kind of nutural, but in this kind of places I'd prefer to order from a person. I ordered an add on of a goose breast, which they forgot, when I mentioned it they cooked one for me fast, but not well. Also my friend had to remind them that that he ordered half onion rings and half french fries to get his onion rings. Food: the bun was thicker and more dominant, the paddy was thicker and somehow less dominant, and not as good as it use to be. In general it was fine, but I was disappointed cause I was expecting for better. The atmosphere was fine.
