DO NOT SHOP HERE! Prices on yellow tags are in US dollars, even though Israel has it's own currency. Prices are a total rip off! I purchased a tea towel for 13US dollars (48 Israeli shekels). Once I got home, I peeled off the yellow sticker only to discover a MUCH CHEAPER price of 19 Israeli shekels. Definitely not worth the 250% markup.

AVOID! Unpleasant buying experience. Confusing prices and way too aggressive salespeople. The prices of simply not attractive. The cash register employees are rude . The cash register woman was raising voice at the Japanese tourist who could not understand the pricing it made her feel really stupid. They did not advise us properly about the bottles and we end up losing in custom in the US.

My husband visited Israel recently and I gave him a list of Morrocan Oil products to purchase for me. I asked him to get me argan oil and gave him a photo of the product. The saleswoman gave him the wrong product. He didn’t know better. Lest you think this was an innocent mistake, I also asked him to buy a hair mask. The jar she gave him was not sealed and was 1/3 empty. It was a tester! I have a jar that I bought 3 months ago that is fuller than the one he brought home. Again - he didn’t know better and the saleswoman took total advantage of him. I do not recommend shopping at this store. Not trustworthy.

I travel all over the world been to many many airports and love to pass time buying gifts for friends and family . I was unfortunate to find the worst duty free shop in all the world at Ben Gurion airport. The JR so called duty free is more expensive by far on all their products weather it be perfumes chocolates alcohol cigarettes all cheaper buying them from an ordinary shop out side of the airport. Furthermore the staff are extremely rude and dishonest. Their specials are not really special. Finally they don't care as they are busy by unsuspecting travellers that don't know any better. In my opinion Keep away from this sad pkaxe

The offer is much smaller than T3 and the prices are high. Expensive stuff. Very few special offers.

Nice place to shop. A lot of varieties. Ahava dead sea products available. I bought a whisky whic h is from promotion and 37 USD. Same was 57 USD at Istanbul IGA Dury free. Friendly place with helpful staff. Many cashiers to pay, well organised.
