Ordered a delivery yesterday via wolt, we called to ask for something 1 minute after sending the order and the service was not pleasant at all. The burger was okay, but well done despite having ordered medium, so it was dry. French fries were good. All in all Prozdor burger was much better and I will book there the next time.

The food is good. But service for take away is bad. The girl didn't give the sauce i asked for(although she had it). I also payed for 2 mayos ( 4 shekels ) and I didn't got them. When i called the restaurant, they suggested me to go all way back to the restaurant and get it?!
A place with potential. The interior is like an American burger place, the staff is great and pays attention. The burgers tasted good and had been cooked perfectly to our request. However a little bit more love when preparing the food would be great since the burgers was stacked up close to the abilities of McDonald's. But apart from that if you are looking for burger you should certainly come here.

Judging solely by the food, I'd definitely give it 5 stars. Some of the best hamburgers in town can be found here, with delicious French fries aside, and all for a considerablely low price. However, for a small place with such a high demand, which also won't let you reserve seats prior to your arrival, you should expect a long waiting time before being able to even enter the restaurant, especially if coming in large groups. I came here with a group of 5 friends and had to wait for 35 minutes. In conclusion, I recommend coming if you seek good food, as long as you can withstand the wait.
One of the best burgers in the city. Small, diner-ish vibes with trendy hip hop music. Good service. The burgers are superb, made of high quality meats from a known butchery (MO & MO). The onion flower is also a MUST! Overall amazing burger spot, for a quick sit down with (or without..) a drink or take away!
