I've used this service twice and both times it went perfectly. The first time I used the English version of the website and the second time I did it in Hebrew. So no matter what you're looking for, they can help you out in a pinch. Better yet, they send you a picture as confirmation your order has arrived. Once I surprised a girlfriend and got bonus points, the second time I surprised a friend for her first day at work. Great service, and lovely arrangements.
