I hate to do it, but I, unfortunately, need to give Ben-Ami a single star. Having already ordered a Cappuccino and planning to order a Bryndza sandwich, I waived over a waitress. Instead of taking my order, she (the wife of the owner) said that they only allow people with laptops to sit for an hour. It did not seem to matter to her that I planned on ordering more food.

Fantastic fantastic food! We came on a Friday so it was busy so we waited a very long time for our food but because I said something we got a free dessert on the house. The staff was all lovely.

I came with expectations and was disappointed, the service was at a low standard, we ordered breakfast and a jug of water. The table next to me that ordered 5 min after me were given water I had to remind 2 servers that we were still waiting and the table next to me were also served before us, in fact 3 other tables that came after us received there orders before us. We were served our hot drinks and 20 min later the breakfast. The 1st notable thing was the servers finger in the cream cheese. The bread came on later after a friendly reminder and the butter my son went himself to get. The hot drinks were good but that's about all.

Fantastic place to meet up with friends or catch up on work. The vegan omelette is amazing!

Wheelchair accessible, excellent and friendly service. Wide selection on the menu. On Sundays they have a wine and cheese special that is reasonably priced, tasty and quite filling. My wife had a ravioli dish which she stated had the most filling in any Israeli restaurant in over 11 years of trying. Highly recommended.

Small and comfy cafe place with nice pastries fresh from the oven, and also quite nice deserts too.

Food is good service could have been better. It doesn't take 20 minutes to make a sandwich

Nice ambiance. Nice sandwiches. The breakfast was very large. My friend claimed the olives were too salty.
