I ordered a gas grill. Best Tools promised free shipping. I live on the 6th floor of an apartment with an elevator. When the delivery driver arrived, he asked me how much would I pay him to take it up to my apartment? I told him that I was promised free shipping but his response was only to the curb. He left the grill in the street.

I ordered a bbq grill from them Saturday night, it said it will come within 6 business days. I called on the following Thursday and asked what’s going on with the delivery, the woman didn’t even check but said it’s on the way to your house. The following morning they called again saying oh ya we forgot to tell you, the grill you ordered is out of stock. THEY WAITED A WEEK TO TELL ME THIS?! and better yet told me it’s on its way when they didn’t even have the product?! I’m giving two starts cause they gave me my money back. But don’t order from these people if you’re looking to get something you ordered
