Edit following the response: what you did is what matters not what come afterwards, giving me back my 15shekels won't give back a good customer service, because there was none. I had no idea and nor should I care you were in the middle of lunch, you can't handle your customers during a quick break, don't meet them. Came for a specific bit, thought I'd buy a few more. I got such a bad customer service I decided to go out and spend my money else where, will not return. Some respect is in order for people traveling to your shop to get something. The main guy there just kind of waved me off at the first question I had. When I got there apparently the piece sold is of inferior quality then what shown on webpage but they gave me the same price, quote"that's what we have" while just walking away.
