I wish I read the other reviews here before purchasing as things haven’t improved. Similar to other complaints here, the company is very disorganized and has terrible service. The service was very unprofessional and unacceptable for the prices they charge. I had to constantly be calling them to find out what is the status of our order. In the end things were delivered a month after the date promised and on top of that we received the incorrect order, further delaying things. We ordered tiles/fixtures from many different stores in Israel when doing construction on our home, luckily we only ordered a small portion from Negev. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

Very wide collection of tiles and flooring of all kinds. Service is great, but if you don't have an appointment, you can either go alone or hope someone is available to help you. We were lucky..
