Brut is one of my favorite restaurants, the place is all about seasonality, local ingredients and wine! (of course) The food is absolutely delicious! The menu contains original and unique courses. # Two must try dishes: Red palamida sashimi - harmony of flavors! Tajarin: 43 yolks homemade pasta, butter and parmesan - I can truly eat this every day! # Best spot: on the bar!

Very disappointing. The liver pâté had the same taste and smell as premium dog food, and the main course was overcooked and over salted. The staff was rude, saw that we did not enjoy our meal, removed the full plates without inquiring if everything was ok. When we approached them to address our disappointment, they essentially could not care less about the customer and only insisted that they had fresh ingredients. But their wine list was nice. Long story short... ended my night at Mcdonalds, chicken nuggets were perfect.

The vibe is great the stuff is so intelligent and the service is great. The food was nice. Not what we expected. Very gentle tastes, too gentle for our taste.. the price is a bit high, for the only bear bottle 34 nis is a bit too much and the salad also is too pricey for the amount. Nice one time experience

Amazing food, great atmosphere! Everything we ordered was delicious. Best food I had in a very long time, will definitely come back! I liked the vibe in the side room better than the main space (a little too hot and steamy in my opinion) - we were sitting at a comfortable table that allowed the table the respect it deserved.

Nice little place. The menu is changing according to current local products and there are some permanent dishes. There are options for vegetarians also and everything is shareable. We ordered 4 dishes and a dessert which were all tasty, portions are small/ medium. The service was very good, the waitress explained and recommended about the dishes. Prices are reasonable and not too high for this kind of restaurant.

My absolute favorite place to eat. Love the vibe, the food- interesting, balanced, and very unique, is made with fresh seasonal ingredients. I like to sit on the bar because the cooks are chatty and nice and sometimes you can watch their experiments with new stuff.

Amazing little cozy restaurant with awesome food. We had luck to get two seats on a Saturday evening, stumbled on it by accident. Really nice staff as well.

The best thing about Brut is that they really do it for you, the food lover. They know what they are doing, are probably amongst the best at it in the city, and they enjoy an audience that speaks their language. Brut, mon amour!
