Update: manager called me and fixed the error made by his employee. I respect that a lot. Actually a good restaurant. I was a loyal Customer ordering everyday through TenBis. Tonight the person responsible called me and told me what I orderer was not available anymore and that I should pay more if I wanted a replacement dish.

Nice place with nice crew. A bit expensive but the bakes are delicious. Oh... It's Kosher

Outdor sitting but without the service. You have to enter the building in order to be informed (there is nothing in a written form inside or outside), that if you want to sit out, service is automatically shifted to self service...

Today me and my wife ordered from this coffee shop and had it delivered to us through תנביס. When our coffee and food got to our apartment we only received one coffee when we had ordered 2 which was really frustrating as we had waited 50 minutes for the delivery only to receive the one coffee. We had also ordered 2 bagel toasts and when we got them we were surprised to see that we had each only been served half a bagel toast. At other coffee shops in נתניה I have had bagel toasts for only 20 shekels that of course were twice the size since they weren't cut in half. Our order was 120 shekels for 2 coffees (more like 1), 2 bagel toasts (more like 1 bagel toast cut in half), and a small sliver of cheesecake. The cheesecake by the way was also terribly bland. For all of this having to pay 120 shekels is insane when there are so many better coffee shops in נתניה. I do not recommend this cafe at all.
